My 6 step to defeat every obstacle in life.
Step 1: Clearly define the problem / challenge / obstacle
To tackle challenges effectively, the clearer and more detailed you are in defining the problem, the easier it becomes to find solutions. Take the time to describe the issue thoroughly, including all relevant details. Consider whether the problem is external (something happening around you) or internal (something within yourself). Ask yourself: Is this challenge due to someone else’s actions, or is it something within your control? Determine if it’s something you can seek help for, or if it’s a situation where you need to take charge on your own.
The more you understand the root of the problem, the more empowered you’ll be to overcome it, whether with help or by your own efforts. The key is honesty and clarity.
Step 2: Take one step back and see it as a wise person vision.
Imagine yourself as a wise, experienced person who has already overcome the very challenge you’re facing now. Step into their shoes and look at the situation through their eyes. What new ideas, insights, or solutions come to mind from this perspective?
Now, take a step back even further. See the problem from a bird’s-eye view, as if you’re a third person observing it from the outside. How does it look from this wider perspective? Is there something you missed before or hadn’t considered?
Let your mind flow freely and write down every thought and idea that emerges. This broader vision can reveal hidden opportunities and insights you might not have seen in the past. The answers you seek might already be within you—you just need to see the challenge from a fresh angle.
Step 3: Start Brainstorming Based on All the Information You Have for 5-15 Minutes to Find All Possible Solutions.
Write down every single solution that comes to mind, without any judgment or hesitation. It doesn’t matter if the solution seems hard, easy, or even extremely difficult just get it on paper. Every idea counts, no matter how big or small.
Remember: even the wildest idea can spark something great, so don’t hold back!
Tip: If possible, ask someone else for input. A fresh perspective can add more ideas and solutions you may not have thought of on your own. Collaboration can open doors to new possibilities!
Step 4: Prioritize Each Solution
Organize your ideas from the most impactful to the least. Start with the simple solutions that can make the biggest difference this way, you can achieve quick wins to build momentum and motivation on your journey.
For extra clarity, you can also rate each solution on a scale from 0 to 10. This will help you prioritize the actions that will bring the most significant results. Small victories lead to big success, so focus on what moves the needle!
Step 5: Take Immediate Action and Don’t Waste Time
Take the first solution and put it into action bring it to life in the real world and see what happens. If it works and solves your problem, celebrate your success! But if the issue still persists, don’t get discouraged. Simply move on to the next idea and keep pushing forward.
Remember, there’s no need to wait for the “perfect” time. The best time to act is right now. You have the power to tackle your challenges today, so don’t hesitate. Every step forward brings you closer to the solution! Keep going, and never give up.
Step 6: Celebrate, Document, and Reflect
If one of your solutions works and you successfully solve the problem, take the time to document it. Write down the idea and the process, so you can use it again in the future or even share it with others who might benefit from your personal experience.
If something doesn’t work, don’t get stuck move forward to the next solution. Keep refining and improving your ideas as you take action. Reflect on your progress: Did your actions help? Do you need external support or fresh ideas?
And always remember to document everything. By keeping track of what works and what doesn’t, you’ll avoid repeating mistakes and save yourself time and energy in the future. It’s all part of building a smarter, more efficient path to success!
